  • Add 8 spoons of honey and 1 lemon peel.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes before letting it cool and discard the lemon peel.
  • Once the baklava is ready pour the cooled syrup over and serve.

  • Select sizable Hamoor fillets as they need time to crisp well.
